I had an inhaler review with a nurse today she was amazing listened very caring informative. I asked a quick question about HRT as has booked an appt with GP her next pt did not turn up so she consulted me on that as well and cancelled the gp appt freeing it up. Above and beyond. Previously had appts with another nurse about inhalers who I found equally as efficient so Thank you both

Thank you so much for your feedback, I have passed this on to the nurse you saw today. She has recently started to support patients with queries regarding HRT so it is lovely to hear that she has been able to put this to good use.
