"Best GP in London!"

I was registered with this GP surgery for 3.5 years and only recently left due to moving away. It’s genuinely the best GP practice I’ve had in London (and I’ve been with several due to moving around).

My most recent experience sums up how efficient and helpful they’ve always been: I checked online for an appointment and found one, but it was face to face and I was already too far away. I rang the practice and asked if it could be changed to a phone appointment. While that slot couldn’t be changed, the receptionist said the doctor would give me a call during a specific time window—and he did. My query was resolved quickly and clearly, just as it has been many times before.

I’ve always found the staff professional, responsive, and kind. I feel lucky to have been under their care.
