"My experience with the practice"

About: The Willerby Surgery

(as the patient),

I have mixed feelings about this service particularly about my medical records, unconscious bias, lack of understanding of ASD and aspergers and genetic. Sometimes it is very good others like jaw dropping!  Nor do I need to go and see a psychiatrist to check medical conditions even though were diagnosed by NHS specialists and prescribed by specialists, there was a care plan too.

Whilst matters have greatly improved, there are still issues surrounding them which meant that medical records which had they picked up the latest batch in 2020 and actually asked me how I was affected, then perhaps things weren’t bad and medications that I had were not on there.  Despite mentioning the issues, they still have not gone on and caused upset to give a different opinion.

The doctors are great (apart from one I have encountered).  Do they not realise what medication I was on and did they have to start again?

I have not been impressed by the attitude of some members of staff I have encountered in the surgery, who I felt spoke down to me and treated me differently.
