Dear mineralpf88

Please accept my apologies for not being able to respond sooner to your Care Opinion story.

I am so sorry to hear the waiting room you were in was hot and caused you and your babies to feel stressed and to feel unwell. This is certainly not what we would want.

Your story has been shared with the Hospital Maternity team for their information so they can assess the waiting area.

Again, I am sorry you have had cause to contact us and I hope you are feeling better.

Kind regards

Sarah
