"Quick, painless, and easy"

I recently had the pleasure to have blood taken by a true professional at Skye Glen Medical Practice. 

I have had to give blood samples several times over the years and more so recently due to unfortunately suffering a stroke last November, so I am quite experienced in the procedure. 

This time I met Margaret who was so skilful that I honestly did not even feel the needle going in and she had the sample taken and off to the blood man, who kindly waited for the procedure to be done so he could collect my sample with the others, the whole procedure was done within 2 minutes.

I quite honestly had barely sat down when I was on my way again. 

Tremendous service.  

Not only was Margaret super efficient but she was bright, bubbly, chatty and friendly.

After the procedure was over I remarked how quick and pain free she had been and asked if there was any way that I could offer feedback about my visit and was directed to here.

I am very happily submitting this feedback and would like you to let Margaret know that I really appreciated her skill and lovely manner during my visit.

And a shout out to the blood man too for being so kind to wait to collect the sample.

I don't even have a bruise the day after.

This is not to disparage the work of any others that have taken blood samples from me, as I have tiny veins this can prove a bit of a challenge to some. 

My fault not theirs.
