i had a doctors appointment today about my periods and felt i wasn’t listened too at all and no advice to help with my issue at all which is upsetting as i’m in a lot of pain. i also requested one of my prescriptions to be renewed and that was also forgotten about it’s just very disheartening when you go somewhere for help and it’s like your invisible.

We completely understand how disheartening and frustrating it must have been to leave without the care or clarity you needed.

Please know that this isn’t the standard of care we strive for and we are genuinely sorry that you were made to feel invisible. We also regret that your prescription renewal was overlooked — that should never have happened.
