"Makes a difference in my life"

I have been coming to the day service in Stewarton one day a week, for over a year, and I really look forward to coming here. 

The best thing about this group is getting to sit and chatter with the girls. There is an open dialogue, everyone is friendly, we laugh and joke. We say what's on our minds, but we are kind to each other, the friendships are natural. My family are really supportive of me coming here, my son checks in to make sure I'm going because he knows it makes a difference in my life. 

The service has a bus which picks us up and drops us back off home, the bus driver is very pleasant. The staff are all great and really listen to us. We do a lot of activities; for easter we painted eggs and they were all hanging up on the wall. At Christmas someone came along, and he played guitar for us, which was enjoyable.
