"Poor service"

Took my brother to the Ballochmyle Suite at Ayr Hospital for an appointment. He checked in early and then waited for 45min, the nurse came out and told him he was 30min late. It appears the receptionist failed to tell them he was there.

After 90+ min, I went in to see how long he would be ( had forgotten my phone so couldn't go away), the member of staff on reception said line was busy but would try again in a few minutes. 30min later another member of staff asked what I was waiting for, told them I was waiting for an update. They went away and phoned the ward.

I was the only person in reception so no excuses there. Shockingly bad service. Not what Is expected.
