"Pre-operation support "

I’ve been trying to secure some medication from my GP in readiness for an operation. It’s been a struggle over the past two weeks - as the surgery continues to embed the merger and Klinik.

Today, I managed to speak with a long-standing member of the team (I’m not able to provide a name in this review) and she was her usual brilliant-self! A good listener, kind and sensible - my medication was organised within minutes. Huge thanks to this member of staff for her professionalism and care.
