About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Breast care services

(as a service user),

I was referred to the Breast Clinic CAH and from the initial phone call to arrange the appointment to my last visit the service has been outstanding. 

I refer to all of the staff -  Sharon the Consultants PA who was most helpful when I rang her, Ms Mathers and Scally the Consultants whose time, patience and commitment was so valuable to me. The radiologists at my very first appointment and subsequent appointments who were so kind and helpful. 
The nursing staff including the specialist nurses who showed the most compassion and empathy when the dressings where causing discomfort. 
The hospital staff when I was admitted for surgery - too many to mention but a big thank you to you all. 
I will be forever be  indebted to everyone involved in my care and treatment the past few months and I hope and trust that you all continue to pride yourselves in your care and work that you do. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our Breast service. As lead radiographer for the breast team within the southern health and social care trust it is so reassuring for me to read your very positive comments.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with all members of the breast team.

All members of the breast team strive to deliver the highest standard of care during these times, and it is very encouraging to hear this standard is being provided and has been positive for patients.
