"Amazing positive experience "

I visited the surgery today to review my menopause medication and had a very affirming experience. The Dr was patient, kind and full of ideas and enthusiasm. I found her to be refreshing, warm and really supportive and I came away feeling heard and seen. People are often keen to find the negatives when they are needing medical attention, so I thought I would share some positivity. This is how appointments should be. Brilliant.
