About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Neurology

(as the patient),

I needed to contact Karlie, Neurology Medical Secretary for the Specialist Nurses a few of times now. Each time she has been first class. Karlie comes across as kind, helpful and thoughtful. She has been efficient and thorough in getting back to me quickly with confirmations and answers to my questions in a timely manner.

She has never once made me feel awkward for contacting her, she genuinely seems to care and seems very patient and understanding with me. I wish all Medical Secretaries were like this.
