Upcoming redundancy, family issues and not being able to see a way forward. Drinking was part of the problem
Redundancy was announced a year before went to STARS and it just built up and up as redancy exit date got closer.
Attended STARS and successfully went through the programme and understood what the therapy was all about.
Also usedIPS employment support for CV and empolymemt guidance.
