I just wanted to give some really positive feedback about my Health Visitor Jolene who works out of Randalstown Health Centre. She is so approachable, always listens to concerns, follows up on referrals and commits herself to providing excellent continuity of care - remembering previous conversations and providing practical tips. Jolene is excellent at her job and should be really valued as an asset to her team. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care she has provided! She goes above and beyond and it doesn’t go unnoticed!
