(as a service user),

I had a great experience at Central Health Center with the phlebotomy service. Lauren was professional, gentle, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. She was punctual, used sterile techniques, and found the vein on the first try with minimal discomfort.

The whole process was quick and efficient, and the environment was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing blood work done—especially if you're nervous about needles!
