I recently registered as a new patient. From the day I walked into the practice, I was made to feel welcome and helped to register. Approximately, an hour after reporting my medical history and current symptoms through their triage system via their website, a doctor phoned me and discussed in detail my medical concerns; I live in acute pain every day. He discussed the drugs I was taking, and he said another doctor would visit me the following day. The doctor attended as promised and spent some time with me, discussing my history and current symptoms and we made a plan for future treatment. Subsequently, I spoke to about 5 receptionists in order to email MRI scan reports and other documents. I was treated with consideration and courtesy. The surgery has about 12,000 patients, yet I was made to feel I was the only one. Thank you everyone for your professionalism and kindness. Very much appreciated.
