"Confident in their clinical decision making"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Oral Surgery

(as a service user),

I was referred to the Orol Maxillofacial clinic in Craigavon Hospital regarding a lump at the base of my tongue. My appt was with Dr Cunningham. Although I am a healthcare professional myself and have some knowledge of this area, he explained things in a way I fully understood and talked me through his clinical decision making.

From start to finish he was very thorough and answered all my questions. He made an onward referral to ENT, as he felt this was the most appropriate department to be managing my care. I left feeling confident in his clinical decision making.
