"I have received the best attention"

I recently had an operation to remove part of my bowel due to Crohn’s disease. Since then I have been admitted 3 times for treatment.

I just want to say that on each occasion I have received the best attention from each and every one of your wonderful staff. I cannot praise them enough. They all go about their daily chores with a smile and a genuine friendly and professional manner -  from the consultants, doctors, nurses, cleaners, just everyone I had the pleasure of meeting.

There is a fantastic atmosphere throughout your hospital and you should all be very proud of yourselves!
