"Unacceptable treatment "

About: Solihull Hospital

I took my son to Solihull minor accidents unit and after waiting over 5 hours and seeing 3 different members of staff. He was told it was a sprain and to go home and take paracetamol and ibuprofen. Why did it take so long to reach this diagnosis? Told twice would be better to go to heartlands. When we initially arrived we were not advised there would be a long waiting time.

Very disappointed with the way my son was treated.
