"Extremely kind and pleasant"

About: Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I had occasion to have a minor emergency on a Sunday, late April and felt I required assistance. Having spoken with NHS 24 they quickly assessed the situation and passed me onto a nursing service. Following a call, I was advised, if I could, make my way to Kingscross Hospital (Medical Centre) and they would deal with me as soon as possible. On arrival and only a 5min wait I was seen by two angels, Janice and Natalie who handled my with absolute care and consideration.

I know that it’s their job and training but they really made things bearable with their lovely bedside manner and the efficient way they went about the task. All the other staff at Kingscross were also extremely kind and pleasant making the facility a necessary part of Tayside Health.
