About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (East Kilbride)

(as a service user),

I had my blood taken by Lesley and she did a great job. Very professional, reassuring and best experience I've had getting blood drawn. 

Only issue was with waiting in the Hunter Health (east kilbride) lobby, it was hard to hear if your name was called out (poor acoustics), especially since other people waiting were talking loudly.

Apologies that you found it difficult to hear your name being called and thankyou for bringing this to my attention. I will pass this information onto our Operational Service Manager, to see if there is anything that can be done ti improve this.
