Dear bracehz37

Thank you for taking the time to provide care opinion feedback for our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service.

It is great to hear that you have learned how to take your medication properly and how to look after yourself better.

Living with a long term condition can be difficult so understanding how to take your medication properly and how to self care is vitally important to support looking after your health and I am so pleased that we have helped you to achieve that.

Kind Regards

Kirsty Murray
