"Classes were very informative"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as a service user),

The classes were to support me to manage my COPD.

They were very informative, I now know how to breathe, exercise and access help & support re future exercise. Stop smoking people with same health condition!

Classes were delivered at a pace to suit individual needs within a group setting.

I feel fitter and healthier and now plan to stop smoking and attend the vitality classes.

Thanks Debbie and Lyndsey, you're both stars. Mark the student too was great support.

Dear McDonald 9

Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive care opinion feedback regarding your experience at our Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It is great to hear that you found the classes to be informative and delivered to meet everyone's individual needs.

I will make sure Debbie, Lyndsey and Mark get to see this feedback as I know they strive to deliver the highest standard of care to all our patients.

It is also great to hear that you are feeling fitter and planning to continue exercising via the Vitality Programme as well as stopping smoking that is fantastic.

Good Luck for the future,

Kind Regards
