"Poor practice "

I ring im waiting for long periods I put online requests in bang on 8am then either get told their no appointment or I get messages back that I either can't reply to or I reply to and get told to add further information but can't do it by responding so u get told to re do the whole form then that puts me at the bottom.of the list again I've put request in emergency ones for my kids and get told to go to ane when it's not needed witch adds more stress on the hospital they have missed diagnosis with myself that has made further complications with the hospital trying to rectify they have asked me to send pictures in of stuff that cannot be diagnosised properly the whole surgery it a complete joke it's a mess and to many patients that they can't even see everyone
