"Care received was first class"

About: Specialist Child Health & Disability / Community Children’s Nursing (Craigavon & Banbridge)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son got bloods taken by Natasha and Lindsay in CDC recently and the care he received was first class and they deserve credit.

My son felt very comfortable and not at all anxious when he did before he arrived

Hello Lyn423,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some lovely feedback, it is great to read that your son felt comfortable during his blood sampling, which I know can be worrying.

I will be sure to pass on your comment to Lindsay and Natasha, they will be delighted to read this,

I would like to wish you and your son well,

Kind regards

Stephanie
