"My whole experience was superb"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department The Ulster Hospital / Respiratory Hub

(as a service user),

I was taken ill at the start of February and ended up in A+E at Ulster Hospital. I had breathing issues for a while and contacted pneumonia on top. All the staff in A+E were brilliant with me. When I went to the ward they were also brilliant with me.

They discharged me after 4 days and I have just had a follow up at the Respiratory Hub at the Ulster. The nurse who welcomed me could not have been more professional and friendly, putting me very much at ease. 

I then saw Lesley, who was great at explaining everything. She diagnosed me with COPD and prescribed me medication too help, which I have just started,

My whole experience with the staff at the Respiratory Hub was superb, thank you.
