Mum has been struggling with extreme pain and is waiting for hip replacement surgery and has become very immobile and functionally dependent.

The urgent community response (south) team visited the same day after a phone call from myself referring mum for equipment. They were friendly professional and helpful and order her a range of equipment that was delivered the next day. They phoned and visited to check everything and made some further changes. This has all helped my mum incredibly and she is now much safer at home whilst waiting for her surgery. All the team were so lovely to her and we are all incredibly grateful for their help and support. Thank you
