"Gave me reassurance and advice"

I'd been seeing a chiropractor privately for the last nine months with lower back and upper leg stiffness. I was getting some relief but nothing lasting. I decided to make an appointment through my GP with the first contact physio at Blairgowrie community hospital and was seen by Kirsty.

Kirsty was helpful and very friendly and gave me a thorough examination, listening to what my problem was and testing my range of movement. She gave me reassurance, advice on exercise and encouraged me to do some of the stretches I was already doing for longer and gave me some new ones to try.

In this world of the internet and YouTube videos, sometimes it's nice to speak to a human being who knows what they are talking about and can show you in person what you need to be doing. Thanks Kirsty, you made a difference.
