France’s grove have been very responsive and helped quickly with any issues. I would recommend using their online feature to book appointments or get results as it’s much easier than waiting in line to call i usually got a response within 2 hours. Thanks for everything Francis Grove!

Dear patient, thanks for your feedback on our online request service. We do work hard to get back to patients as soon as we can. We usually get in excess of 1300 requests each month, so keeping on top of this new way of patients contacting us can be a challenge but we do our best.
