Honestly I was petrified to reach out but I'm honestly glad I did, the support I got from cgl and especially you james was spot on. I was in active addiction on/off for 4 years but thanks to you and all the work we did I'm celebrating 4 months clean and sober next week.

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people's feedback.

I am so glad that you found the courage to reach out to us for support, and from what you have shared I can only imagine how anxious you must have felt about doing this. I hope you feel really proud of yourself for pushing through those feelings of fear, and engaging in your recovery.

It was great to read that you found our support helpful, especially the help that you received from James. I will make sure that I share your feedback with him, and the rest of the team (including his manager) and I'm sure that your kind words will be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations for the 4 months sober time you have achieved. I am sure if you continue into the future with the same positive attitude and levels of motivation you have developed already, that you will add many more months and then years onto your sober time.
