"Going out a better person with a good mindset"

Before coming on to the DRW I was on drugs, I'd lost my kids which live with my older sister and was in and out of a domestic abuse relationship.

After a couple of months of been on the drugs I started committing crimes which I ended up in prison.

Coming here saved my life, whilst being in here I knew I wanted my life back, so I came on the Drug Recovery Wing to get help. It was the best thing I ever did, I'm leaving prison a totally different person to when I came here.

Thanks to the staff and also myself for putting all my time and effort into getting myself clean, getting my kids back in my life and going out a better person with a good mindset.
