"Came in with a big friendly smile"

My 86 year old mother is palliative. We called out the nurse as mum was quite agitated and would not settle. Amanda was the nurse that arrived. She came in with a big friendly smile and was was just so upbeat. She listened to all our concerns and questions and she responded with an answer to resolve everything and also came up with some suggestions that we hadn't thought off.

She came back another 2 times during her shift to provide everything we needed. She came back the next day and had already arranged an increase in mum's meds and sorted some other issues. Amanda was so good we asked her to move in lol. She is amazing and just makes you feel so at ease and went out of her way to do everything she could for mummy and for us as the family.  Thank you so so much Amanda your help is soooo much appreciated.
