Fell in garden - I have arthritic fingers so one of them twisted out of position entirely.

Great NHS 111 triage, appointment next day no waiting. Calm waiting room, smiling staff. First class!

I was sorry to learn you had cause to contact 111 due to your fall and finger injury, this sounds very painful and I hope you are now recovering well.

It is great to hear that your triage from the 111 service was great and that your onward care was arranged.
