About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Acute Medical Unit

(as the patient),

Three cancelled procedures for ERCP in early 2025. ERCP needs X Ray assistance, but for me, emergencies overtook two dates.

Because I live alone, I needed 24hr care and no beds were available on all dates. On one occasion before leaving the dept, it was suggested that I didn't need the procedure anyway.

I have attended many scans since becoming ill in Sept 2024. I also comply and have regular blood tests.

Feeling dismayed.
