"First class treatment and care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Urology (Ward 11c)

(as a service user),

I was admitted due to one of my kidneys not functioning to ward 11C at the Queen Elizabeth and treated.

This treatment and care was first class and I have nothing but praise for the staff.

On another note, the food was excellent especially the soup..

Dear Old cyclist

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your admission to Ward 11C at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

We’re so pleased to hear that you received first-class treatment and care from the team—it means a great deal to know you felt well looked after during your stay. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to the staff on Ward 11C, who will really appreciate the recognition.

And we’re also glad to hear you enjoyed the food—especially the soup! It’s always encouraging to know that even the small comforts can make a difference to a patient’s experience.

Thank you again for your lovely feedback, and we wish you all the best in your recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin
