My 91 yo mother was admitted to A&E 25th April 6.30 pm and was seen by a wonderful doctor.
I can’t thank him enough for his kindness, patience and gentleness with my mum.
It was very clear he understood my mum’s needs and was concerned they were met.
Friday night in A&E is not my preference but he definitely made it easier.
