This gp practice has come along way,that’s for sure. I no longer dread calling up to have attitude given to me on the phone. I am

Thankful for some of the receptionist who are

very helpful & polite. However, others have kept me waiting without even acknowledging me standing waiting to check in. Some of the doctors are very understanding, patient and helpful. I do however, feel like it’s a battle to ask some of the doctors to actually listen to what I am saying and I do not understand why there is such a battle to be referred to a specialty that I feel I could benefit from in order to get help with my condition. Preconceived ideas from the odd ones, sometimes makes me feel judged. Otherwise, there are positive changes and hopefully more to come swiftly.
