Hello, yesterday I accompanied my elderly mother to her appointment at the eye clinic to assess for a cataract operation. Lynn, Bernadette and Sophia could not have been more helpful.
These 3 showed such professionalism in their attention to mum. They answered her questions carefully both verbally and using diagrams to aid understanding. We were treated with kindness and consideration as people not numbers.
I felt it important to share this positive experience. These 3 skilled, professional champions have restored my faith in the NHS!
