"Rude receptionist. "

I tried to get an appointment on Tuesday 22 April, went through the triage process and was referred to my chemist. They told me I had a chest infection and should contact my doctors. I rang the same day at 3pm to be told by a very rude receptionist that I should call back tomorrow because after 3pm I cannot be reasseed through triage. I asked if the practice manager could call me to discuss, it's now Saturday 26th and no phone call. I rang on Wednesday to be told there were no appointments till Saturday 26th April. It's now 11am and still sitting here waiting to be seen. The receptionists at this surgery are very rude and unhelpful, I suggest they take a course on manners and engaging with the public. Does any one check the reviews on Google, it's seems I am not alone withy opinion. I have no expectation that there will be a reply to this .
