"I turned up on the wrong day"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

I was due to have an endoscopy and I turned up in the wrong day, the clinic alliance receptionist was incredible she went above and beyond what she needed to do, and brought me a second enema to my home !! Thank you to all the staff for helping me feel comfortable and well looked after x
