Emma and Jon were very patient and caring. They were thorough with my check ups and helped my mum and myself feel reassured about certain things. Not only were they caring, but they also made me laugh. This helped me feel more comfortable and safe with them.
Overall, they were wonderful and lovely people.

It was so lovely to open care opinion this morning and see the lovely feedback you had left following your recent visit to PAU, thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.
Its always so nice to hear when patients and their families have been so well cared for, we are so lucky to have Emma and Jon as a part of our team, they are fantastic. its great that they made you feel relaxed and made you laugh as we know it can be quite worrying when you need to come into hospital. I will make sure that I share your lovely comments with Emma, Jon and the whole team here on the Children's Unit.
