My granddaughter gashed her chin and needed urgent care. Saw the more desirable and more efficient, compassionate and skillful side of the NHS for her. Was sent to Treetops ward

to see a plastic surgeon who saw her and sorted her within twenty mins. Lovely bedside manners from a couple of young specialists who couldn't have done more. Very skillful people. Clear advice and patient. The registrar even dropped in to check and reassure us.l The way a department should be run.
