We today to collect my prescription today after handing in 3 days ago.Told it wasn't ready.When asked why they said they don't know but have had staff off!ime sorry but what's that got to do with me.Not the first time.0/10.Disgrace

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for the surgery. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced disappointing service from us regarding the time taken to process your prescription request. Our team are working hard to process this type of request as quickly and as safely as possible and I can only apologise that we haven't met our usual turnaround time.

Whilst we have been short staffed, we try to ensure this doesn't impact our patients. We have colleagues working extra hours and have recruited two new receptionists to assist with the workload.
