This was my first routine mammogram and the radiographer, Ellie, put me at ease right away.
She continued to chat with me throughout which helped enormously.
It really wasn't as bad as I was expecting at all.

Apologies for the delay in a response as this was certainly seen at the time of posting. I would like to thank you from the service and on behalf of Ellie for taking the time to give such positive feedback.
Your first screening mammogram can be a daunting time and I'm glad that Ellie made you feel at ease through her communication, her friendliness is such an asset to our team.
We will see you in 3 years time for the next mammogram, thank you again for taking the time to give feedback, it really is appreciated.
