About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours

(as a service user),

As a member of staff on shift I experienced a bad gallbladder attack. I just wanted to praise the staff of out of hours for their quick and efficient care, observations and bloods taken with a referral to the surgical dept resulting in an operation. A big thank you to Nicola, Julie and Alannah,great team work and very much on the ball.

Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent visit to Out Of Hours (OOH). I was sorry to hear you had become unwell while on shift with a gallbladder attack however was happy to hear that you receive quick and efficient care and that this led to you receiving the onward referral and surgery needed to resolve this.

I will pass your comments onto Nicola, Julie and Alannah who I know will appreciate your feedback.
