"review of staple removal"

I attended the Whitworth Minor Injuries Unit for removal of my staples after my knee replacement operation. I had been unable to get a GP appointment for another 2 weeks. The receptionist was very helpful and said if I didn't mind waiting they could treat me. I was very anxious but was seen within an hour. A very pleasant nurse removed the staples and stiches, checked and cleaned the wound so carefully it did not hurt at all, much to my relief! Many thanks to all concerned.
