I have been in a lot of pain with my ear, headaches and finally lost my voice to pains. I went to A&E and the doctor was lovely but couldn't help me. I begged the A&E doctor to send me to the ear doctor since she couldn’t help me, but she said i should go home. I burst into tears as I was in such a searing pain and hardly able to hear. I walked into ENT audiology department and the receptionist took one look at me in my pain and rose to help. The doctors took over and were amazing. I was prescribed something to help reduce the pain, two days later I was seen at audiology and now there is a definite plan on the way to look into the cause of my illness. Thanks to ENT clinic staff and the audiology staff. God bless.

Thank you for providing feedback of your experience of the Emergency department at Craigavon Area Hospital. I am very sorry to hear that you were discharged home with your ongoing pain to ear with no plan. I have pleased that you have been sorted by the ENT doctors now.
