"Good Nursing"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

Immersive Reader

The care I received from the nursing staff in particular was excellent. I attended the ED on 22/4/25, SDEC on 23/4/25 from where I was admitted to Albury Ward overnight.

Everyone was busy but they all demonstrated care and compassion when I was worried.

I was discharged home with a suspected pulmonary embolus at 2230hrs and told to return to the SDEC dept the next morning. As I live alone, I was somewhat concerned but the nurse on duty supported me, booked me a taxi and saw me into it showing huge compassion.
