My son has been unwell and after GP appointment we were asked to take him to BGH to see paediatrician in Ward 15.

From the very first interaction with staff we were put at ease, nothing was much of an ask. Our 6 year old felt comfortable while all the checks were being done. Joanne, one of the loveliest nurses you will ever meet and the doctor who had seen him were kind, gentle and very considerate. My son was given LEGO to play with and colouring books. Although he was poorly he perked up and played for some time.

We were offered coffees and given vouchers for some food which, we thought, was extremely generous.

We couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you to all . We think you are amazing and doing a fantastic job !

Thank you A123 for taking the time to feed back to us.

I am delighted to hear that you have had such a positive experience within Ward 15 whilst your son was admitted to Ward 15. This can understandably be a very worrying time for parents as well as your son so to hear that you have all been put at ease and well looked after is lovely to hear!

I will share your lovely feedback with the staff, they will be delighted!

Kind Regards

Claire
