The TIA service team provided excellent support for my relative. We especially appreciated Pete's welcoming and helpful manner, his clear communication at each stage, and his proactive follow-up during waits, like for the ECG. Dr. Kubie was also welcoming and thoughtfully explained the diagnosis and her recommendations. Alison, the secretary, was friendly and helpful in ensuring we understood our appointment.
